They have a NO RETURNS/NO EXCHANGES policy. Which is fine. But they should have a sign or something advising customers of that fact.
Also - tough location. Unless you are native to Oil City, very easy to get stuffed up in one-way back streets trying to get out of that place.

The manager there is this women who has no clue about any of the products she sells. I asked her a simple question about if the vape used Nic Salts or standard e juice. She told me to google it because she didnt know. Then she went on to say that they were the same thing and it didnt matter. After googling it, I found out that nic salts would have ruined the vape. When I told her she said "I just work here"

been there 3 times first time they had 1 bottle of vaping oil they told me to come back in a week they were getting a shipment in well been back 2 times and till do not have any new shipment in..yes they are polite but when looking at my vapor they said they don't sell what I have and I showed them it was right there in the case..
