I was going to Emerald Vapors for a couple years now and decided to check out Nephos Vape. I was very impressed with the staff they were knowledgeable about the products very friendly. I was not going to buy anything at the time but the owner hook me up the granola parfait. The smell was amazing and the taste was phenomenal. They now have a loyal customer. The only downside for me is that they open at noon I do wish they opened earlier.

I love Nephos Vape Shop, because the workers are very helpful. This one cute kid (he is 21 or so) but he is so enthusiastic about the products when I ask him questions about certain items. Give him a raise most definitely.

This is my go to vape shop. It is a place my husband found back in Sept 2019 when we first move to the Eugene area. We've tried a few others, but Nephos, has the best variety of vaping supplies, e-liquid and mods plus they have a daily happy hour 8-10pm when uou save 10% on everything and you earn discounts. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I always leave pleased with my purchases and the feel the cost is fsir.

I had been going to nephos for over a year for my vape needs. But after getting multiple bottles of harsh, oxidized juice and offered no compensation for these $25-$30 bottles I've decided to turn a new leaf and switch shops. So sad but cant afford to buy burnt juice :( also I have to be honest 75% of the people here act as if they have never heard of vaping and have little knowledge of the product they sell & arent very personable
