Super nice people work here. They are knowledgeable, friendly, value customer service and never come across pretentious like some of the hipster shops downtown/SE.

My only complaint is pricing. Expect to pay around double for hardware. Juice prices aren’t as bad, but still around 33% higher than online retailers. I realize that independent brick and mortar can’t beat online in most cases but I honestly think there is room for improvement here - prices are a little over the top. The reward system isn’t that great either compared to other shops. But overall these are my only two complaints. I frequent the shop often if I run out of juice early or need coils. It’s also in a convenient location if you’re local to deep SW or Beaverton.

Super awesome shop and great customer service. It was pretty busy when I was there, but they took the time to answer all my newbie questions and try to educate me. I said "try" because they really are well informed. It was like information overload to me, but after explaining things and asking me questions, they'd summarize everything nicely and make some personalized recommendations. They weren't trying to work me towards any kind of sales goal or brand, but genuinely seemed to want to help me find the right stuff for me. The shop was really clean too. It is obvious that they work really hard to make a welcoming and friendly place for customers.

Walked out because clerk decided he wanted to help someone setup a vape rather than sell something. Turns out it was fine because the vape store across the road is $5-$10 cheaper on everything. If you want help setting up a vape this is the place for you. If your looking for a store to sell you things I’d probably go else where.

A great shop well priced. Great atmosphere. Came in with a mod a friend gifted me not knowing much since my last one died I thought it was the tank. Well 2 great workers Guy was the mans name I forget the ladies name but there both went above and beyond and where very hands on. He got me set up with coils to work in the tank while she emptied and cleaned it cause it had very old juice in it. Would recommend this place to anyone who Vapes. Lots of verity on mods tanks and juices. Thank you Henry's.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a good selection. You're never going to beat online pricing with brick and mortar, but there's value in having staff that will offer recommendations and work with you. They're always patient with my indecisive, picky juice browsing process and make me feel welcome, so they get the bulk of my business.

The guy working was very friendly. There's a pretty big selection of everything vape and the prices are actually pretty decent. I like this place and I'll definitely be a return customer!

I’ve now purchased two Vapes from Henry’s. After I bought the first one I came back in a couple weeks later for more coils. I was told they were out.

“Okay” I thought no big deal, sometimes stocks run low. However this was not the case. They rarely ever have the coils for the vape that THEY sell.

Last time I was in, I was very frustrated because I only had a short amount of time. So I picked up a different cheaper one.

Just called and guess what? No coils for either one.

It really bothered me that the reps attitude was like “oh well we’ll get them when we get them”

Why don’t you support your product? Have had this problem for months now with your operation

I just visited the store and came out with a big smile. Staff is very friendly, the guy who assisted me gave me all the instructions I needed always in a great mood. Great quality products and the juices, well, I just bought the Sub-Zero (Menthol)... I don't think I'll have to eat a mint for another week.
You'll find another vape stores around the area, Henry's Vape is the best one for sure.

Bought a Voopoo Drag mini from them. It didn’t have the battery life I needed so I brought it back in a week later based on their website return policy. They refused to refund or even exchange it for the same model (I thought because it was a floor model that maybe the battery life had drained or something).

I’ve bought from them for the past year, and the service has always been good but they’re lack of a reasonable return policy seems pretty shady to me. Unfortunately, I’m going to have to take my business elsewhere from now on.

I actually love this little shop. Parking can be kinda difficult, but the knowledge and experience inside is worth it. I went in trying to find a vape rig to help me quit smoking, been smoking half a pack a day for nearly 10 years and tried vaping before. They ran me through all the applicable knowledge and even showed me how to rebuild coils if I wanted to take that route. I left with a 100$ rig that works great and hasn't failed on me yet. Thanks guys!
