I have been using hot box for two years now and they have a huge selection of vaping products as well as cigarette tobacco,glass pipes, incense.They speak to each other in a foreign language and that makes me uncomfortable,also don't buy their batteries for your vaporizer, they're import & everything costs more. Their store hours & customer service is good, always busy.

When everything is closed and you wanting to shop and explore stuff, this is a cool place. I think it's over expensive, but I don't know the going price for current products so I may be wrong. Staff was helpful in entertaining all the questions I had, due to lack of knowledge. So if ever in market for these items I would return.
