I love this place every time we go in there I’ve gotten two beautiful pieces from here and they’re reasonably priced and definitely the biggest variety of water pieces and the workers are super duper nice will definitely come back for future pieces

I stopped by this place a couple of times and every time it’s a horrible experience. This is the final time I would come to this shop. I do not recommend anyone to come here. They would try to scam you with below average products for above average prices. They don’t tell you the prices of the products and at the end they would say they’re going to give you a deal but it always ends up being so much more than it should originally should be

I have been living right down the road from HotBox for several months and just recently heard about it. Their prices are definitely excellent. Way cheaper than other places. The place is large and open and comfortable. There is probably something in here for just about everyone. And the staff is always welcoming and kind with smiles on their faces to help you. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is freaking amazing! No joke, I was in vape heaven. So I walk in and immediately see their insane selection of anything and everything that you could possibly want. But it wasn't just that. The guy behind the counter greeted me like a friend and spent the time to figure out what kind of e-cig I used to have, the flavors I like, and what options he has that I would like better. I now have a vape that has 10,000 puffs, (the one I had before only had 2,500 puffs). Simple thing like asking questions and then coming up with three different vapes as an answer to those questions, made a big impact on how I'm rating this place. So all and all I'm giving this place five stars because of their selection, their employees that are so knowledgeable, how organized and well laid out the place is, and most of all because you could tell that they actually cared about making sure I left with a product that would make me happy. They definitely achieved my expectations that's for sure. They were just so genuine and helpful. I will definitely be able lifetime customer!!!! Love this place!!!!

This place is famous for its customer service and convenience. You can pretty much get all your smoking needs satisfied in here. They do also sell Hookahs, CBP products like water and oils. Owner was very humble and polite. He didn’t try to sell anything to make a profit. He wanted to help customers out through honesty.

WOW 36 feet 4 shelves high packed with Bongs. Every color shape & sizes. Lots of choices for vapes, pens etc...
started my visit with an attitude. Because I purchased 2 disposable vapes and I can't stand menthol. I made that clear at the point of sale. One of the recommended vapes was totally like a newport cigarette. Although I tried it before I left to make sure it worked I still took it with me. I didn't think they would let me exchange it. Also I was tired the day before when I purchased it & I didn't want to argue with the guys. The manager asked me why I didn't say something yesterday, I told him sometimes It's hard for me to speak up. He said He would take it back. I was frustrated. HE DID MAKE IT RIGHT!!!! He sold me 2 for the price of 1. Thank you!!!

Great place to get your vapes , juice , bongs etc.... Very neat and clean well organized , good deals & good customer service. Very nice workers they always come through. They know alot about their products unlike other places I definitely recommend this place to anyone best one in tulsa I've been too! Go get whatever you need from here ! They have a variety of stuff. Great quality too.
