My brother bought a vape, and he had told me it’s juice leaked out of the bottom as it was blinking. He called back this store from which he bought it from and they told him since he was at work, he can come in the next day for a new one. So we did as we were told and came back the very next day which is today and we’re told they can’t help us and that we might as well “leave” because we weren’t going to get another one. The employee helping the PIC was helping another customer then interrupting the manager and I’s conversation. Then wanting to “take this outside”. Yes it ended very unprofessionally and I never got my money refunded or a new vape! Had pictures and the vape there with me the next day. Then telling me I think I can say what I say because of the color of my skin.( I’m Mexican)

I'm from Bismarck and I'm currently a regular for infinite vape which fargo no longer has. The guy at the counter was not rude, but also not helpful at all. When u own a vape shop and sell e juice you need to know what people are buying and offer suggestions. Just not as good as infinite vape. Disappointed

Prices are DOUBLE anything from a reputable online shop. If you have a ton of money to blow on Mods, Batteries, or Tanks, this is the place to go. If you want a fair price, avoid like the plague. On the plus side, They do have a fairly big selection if you DO feel like shelling your whole wallet.

I only buy batteries from this place so I don't know about their other products. I've had a few instances where I've been disappointed. One time the guy told me the battery he was showing me had been their best seller for a few weeks or something like that. Then I had another guy telling me the same thing about a different battery a week later and they were no longer selling the battery I had purchased the week before Lately I've been buying one particular battery from them. I've had to replace at least ten or more. Every time I had either lost the receipt or the return date had passed. Since I was out of luck with them I called the manufacturer of the battery. They told me that they have been selling the wrong charger all this time. I always thought something was fishy when they were selling the battery and charger out of the box. For the record, the only reason I've continued to go here is that they seem to be the only store who always has this particular type of battery in stock most of the time. From this moment on I will be buying them online.

They have a wonderful selection for all your vape needs!!!! For sure my go to spot!

They parking lots full of minor asking people to buy for them. Any giving night there is kids here and they also get what they came for. Not 100% there fault but the dont see to discourge it.

Went in to this shop to look for an alternative way to stop smoking. They were so helpful and really spent the time with me as I was new to vaping. Explained all of my options and what would work best for me. I would tell anyone out there that this is the best local place in town as it's family owned and they truly care about their customers and what their needs are. Thanks so much for the help and making the transition easier!!!

Overall the staff at this place are very friendly. Some of them are quite honest salespeople, but others will take advantage of new users who may not know what they're doing.

In my case, the TFV8. Probably one of the most expensive tanks with all things considered. I was eyeing this less expensive Uwell tank, but the salesperson said it was worth the money. So I bought it. Turns out those TFV8 coils are horribly unreliable and have a reputation of burning up after a week or two. Couple that with the fact the coils are $8, and you're spending at least $30 a month.

I suppose it's part of the "premium experience."
