Used to be better. Shelves are barely stocked and they aren't consistent with restocking. They only carry a few brands and not very many flavors for each brand. The glass and other smoking tools used to be cheaper than the competition, but these days they don't have anything the competition doesn't. That's why they are the lowest rated smoke shop in wake forest.

Update
Gave the store another go and ended up forgetting my credit card. The staff held on to it and made sure it was returned to the proper owner by asking basic security questions.
Integrity .... That means all the world to me. Thank you 5 Stars....
Customer no service. Twice I was informed a certain product would be available on a certain date only to have it sold or mysteriously become unavailable. Two wasted trips on a good customer. Never was restitution offered not even a simple apology. Chris the salesclerk needs a customer service training class. You have lost a customer.

Poor business, purchased a bag of high class rolling tobacco and when I got home and opened the package found that tobacco was dark brown old and molded and my chest actually started to hurt when I tried it, so I took the product back to the shop, I was not compensated, and was told to leave the store that there is nothing they can do for me. Extremely poor business skills and horrible customer service. I will never shop there again.

BUYER BEWARE!
I purchased a Vaporizer for $70 on the saleswomans advice. I followed all instructions on properly charging it before the first use. After only 2 short solo test sessions it was all ready dead. As stated in the user manual, "battery can use approximately 8-10 sessions per charge."
No big deal right. Who knows how long it was sitting in that display case.
Probably just a bad battery. I just bought it yesterday and I have the receipt. I’ll just return it.
Well apparently they have a "NO RETURNS POLICY". I'm sure its posted in there somewhere but you really should let your customers know, especially when there buying something electronic.
I was told that the device should have a warranty and I should contact the manufacturer. You would think after only one day of limited use they would have swapped it out or refunded me and they can deal with the manufacturer. But no such luck.
I always try and buy local, support local businesses. This lack of customer service makes me rethink future visits to your store.

United Zone is my one stop vape shop going on two years. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I like going in and connecting with staff and talking juice or products to help with my purchase. I've never gotten a bottle of crappy juice or a product that wasn't my cup of tea, I think the main reason for that is the staff taking time to get to know the customer and get a feel for what they like vape wise and juice wise so their recommendations come easy and are on point. I wrap this review up with 2 years off the cigs and not looking back so this store is most def doing something right.
