I made a $130 purchase with help from the staff. The employee sold me a cartridge that was incompatible with my pen. When I called the store they said all sales are final once you walk out the door. I could understand if it was my mistake. I will not shop here again. I don't want to open every purchase I make to check compatibility. The staff should know what they are selling or make it clear if they are unaware.
