I bought a vape pen and it stopped working after a day. I brought it back and was told that the owner would be there that evening and I would have to speak to him. I came back and the person who was there gave me a less expensive pen that didn’t work at all. I came back and bought a $30 vape kit and it lasted 3 days, and when I took it back the person who sold it to me was there and he told me that he had been lying last week. That the owner doesn’t work there because I wanted the owners name. Then he wouldn’t give me the phone number of the distributor of the vape battery that broke. Not even the phone number. That’s really just poor customer service

Update: After being told by the manager of 365 that I needed to take the broken Cito Pro 2 in 1 by Oilax to the distributor and that they backed their products for a year so if I went through them I was sure to get my unit replaced. I finally found the authorized distributor of this product for that store and he told me two things. The first was that the store should have given me a replacement because they would’ve gotten a new one free when they sent the broken one back. He said he doesn’t deal with the public and instructed me to return to the store with his explanation. Knowing the store, I tried to explain that they were not going to do anything to help me ever again and I wasn’t sure if they would even let me in. He literally said “I don’t give a F$&@. They should’ve given you a replacement and I can’t do S&(@ about it.”

So I decided to call the store and try to explain what happened when I did what he told me to do, and he hung up the phone on me. I know this guy is very popular and maybe I just had a bad experience but I’ve bought three different kinds of pipes and none of them lasted very long. It was funny because when I was buying the last one I bought the same guy was telling me that the pens aren’t meant to last very long. Until cannabis is made legal these kind of poor customer service habits are just going to continue to influence the youth of tomorrow and make them as hyperbolic and rude as I was treated by the manager of 365. He claimed I had returned 7 pens. 7! For the record I returned the first pen because it worked for four days. Then I wasn’t given a choice. I was handed a pen that was even less expensive and more poorly made than the first. So I decided to spend $30 on the “best” portable vaping device. It works off and on, based on whether or not the heating element works, and it seems to have a mind of its on when it comes to that. I like it when it works and all I wanted to do was exchange it. No. I want to give this place a good score but when the distributor says if he had exchanged the device they would’ve replaced it and 365 would have lost no money. That just shows that the manager wanted to rule his little kingdom. I just don’t know what happened to good customer service.
