i bought a 200$ peice from there . it was defected it had a hairline fracture and they sold it to me. not even a week later the 200$PEICE I BOUGHT BROKE.I NEVER BUMPED IT OR DROPED IT or anything like that and it broke where the downstem is as i was getting the bowl peice out.i called them to see what they could do .they said they could sell me one for the same price but not give me a discount or aything thing like that at all.the ladty quote on quote said=(glass breaks what do you whant me to do about it?)very rude acted like it was my fault .THEY SHOULDENT BE SELLING BROKEN PIPES WATER PIPES ECT.. Never go here! you will bew wasteing your money !
