I thought I was going to like this place from the outside, looks awesome, but after I walked in, my attitude was forced to change. Upon entering, i was immediate yelled at to put on a mask, I just forgot to have it on, it was in my pocket so I immediately throw it on, then after trying to speak to the white male with kinda long hair about doing business, he suddenly thinks I’m a suspected criminal, mind you I’m a representative of a prominent vendor in NC. But the gentleman barely gave me a chance to speak, and I decided bu the way my character was attacked, maybe attempting to do business with this very cool establishment wasn’t worth it at this time. The interaction was very odd, I never had an experience like that in a smoke shop after doing business with lots of them over the past decade. Idk, weird.

Whenever I find my way to PM, I make sure to stop by High Life. Staff is knowledgeable and attentive. I bought a JUUL yesterday, and Griffin (I hope I’m spelling your name correctly) was eager to help. He is funny guy, but beyond that, he seems to love his job, and it shows. Also, the best glassware in Charlotte.

Worst experience EVER. I personally wouldnt ever recommend friends or family to this location. They false advertise discounts,they dont accomadate you for misleading you. I purcased a hookah to get home and see that all the pieces werent in the box. I was also charged extra for sonething that i never purchased,then when I called to bring it to there attention theyre giving me a run around. Thats not how you treat customers. Above it all i was first time customer at that. I typically dont write reviews,especially a negative one at that,but this company over all deserves it. Its ridiculous

I bought a junky vape there. Spent $15 The guy assured me the floor model would work. When I charged it, it started hissing and emitting a fluid. It was something like glue, or rubbing alcohol. Very scary!!!! I took it back to them so I could get store credit towards something else but they don't do returns! Because of this, the $15 that I was going to spend, today, I will never shop there again!!! Your policies suck! I will definitely tell my friends not to go there!!!

Love this place! Only smoke shop I go to because of how great these guys (and gals) are. Great selection on shisha, incense, and glass ware. Mark is always so friendly and immensely helpful with any questions I have on products.

A few weeks ago, I went to High Life after hearing their commercial on the radio. Let me tell you, best staff ever! I went in to get an ecig to help my son to quit smoking. The manager there, Darcie, greeted me right away and was very helpful. Being how I've never smoked, I was oblivious to everything. She was very patient, asked all the right questions, and helped me find the best kit for my son. She took it apart to make sure everything worked, showed me how to maintain it, and helped me get the right juice for him. It only took 3 days for him to quit smoking!! We got him a kit that had a "v v " battery (don't ask me to explain it), and this amazing Juice called Pluto. We even got him extra pieces and all under $50. And don't believe all the parking nonsense. The staff there DOES NOT have people booted. The city patrols it, and people should learn to read all the "High Life Customer Only" signs as parking is for the stores customers only. Not only were they great, but they remembers us too! Not a common thing in retail. Definitely go check these guys out!
