I love highlife, go here all the time for disposable vapes and D8! The staff are always very nice, especially Frehley! She’s always super nice and friendly and anytime I have any questions she always has the answer!

Staff is rude and some offer you discounts and some won't. Slammed my glass piece I bought down on the glass counter once. Charged me the full$480 on a volcano after being told there was no way possible to give a discount then after he rang it up and sales are final a other salesperson tols me they could've given me a discount and when I asked why they did t I was told it was not her sale. Also, the old man that works there is telling people he lives in a van in the parking lot!!! Staff were sitting around doing their nails atop the glass counters. This place has become a joke since Frank left from managing it!!!

I have been shopping here for a LONG time. Since Frank left, it has really gone down hill. Don't expect any help if you need help with coils. None of them know what coil goes with what. One of the guys that works there sold me the wrong coils. I took them back just to change them for the right ones and the lady helping me told me she knew nothing about the coils because she doesn't vape. Vape or not, this is where you work and you should know. She called over one of the guys and he said he didn't know anything about the coils. At that point I asked for a refund. The employee had to call the manager and ask how to do that. She then tells me she can't do a refund without the receipt. Long story short, I found my receipt, went back in and got my refund and told them would not be back. When I said that, the guy behind the counter looked at me and said "Thank God!". Not only will I not be back because of the incompetent employees, I also won't be back because of how rude they are. The lady helping me was not rude at all, but the guys are!! There is a new Vape shop on Leicester highway beside Exxon. I suggest everybody check it out!! If you are reading this Frank, Prayers for a speedy recovery!! You are greatly missed!! I wish the new manager knew how to train employees properly!!

This used to be one of the best smoke/vape shops in the WNC area. Recently however, the staff is unhelpful, unfriendly, and sometimes can be very rude. The selection of products is nowhere near as dynamic and plentiful as they used to be, and worst yet, the prices have soared through the roof. They did away with their 'discount ECig juice' shelf that they used to have for those who vape and are on a tight budget. They have made so many changes, most of which for the worse. If High Life would bring back the way it was doing business five years ago, they would have definitely received a five star rating from me. But, as of right now, I give High Life a 2.5 out of 5. 👎😟

I definitely recommend going here, the ppl that work here, are very nice, and also if you ask for a recommendation on something to try , they are true about it, and when I did try it, it was well worth what I bought, and I really appreciate them, they have so much there, it's a great place to go.

I used to always go here for everything and always referred my friends here, but after today, they'll never get another penny from me!!! 1 of their employees sold me a 5pk of the wrong vape coils, so me thinking it would be no problem went back today to try and exchange them. I was told there was nothing they could do for me because they would get fired. So they basically said screw you refused to help me at all when it was their error in the first place.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always answer any questions and explain things if I ask.

Frehley was such a big help!! She was so knowledgeable about the products and helped me get exactly what I wanted!

Tried to buy wax pen (one that doesnt use cartiges) at the store, a representative directed me to what I thought I asked for. He made sure to point out after I bought it that there were no refunds and laughed at me. Was a bit strange. When I got home I realized he sold me a product that is supposed to be attached to another product and is useless alone. Be careful of being misled.
