Everytime I go in, I can expect nothing but the best. The entire staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. They offer the right products based on what they have learned about me from each visit. They never try to sell me something for the sake of just selling it. They always have the products I am looking for and of they don't, they will order it for me. I don't go to any other shop because I know Dylan and his crew are always going to give me accurate information. I drive across town just to go to this shop. Great service but the place is pretty pricey compared to how much everything is online. Every place I've been too charges almost double and sometimes more than double the normal price of items that are way cheaper online. Online is the best even with shipping and everything.

I love this location. Everyone is super nice and resourceful. I come in for specific hyde bars disposables, instead of cheap ones at other shops. I feel that since you have to show ID when you come in, the products are more legit and safe. Also the music they play in store is top quality. Heard the guys playing System of A Down, Senses Fail, and Bfmv. Definitely a cool vibe.
