Great smoke shop, the guys have amazing product knowledge. Sales person even looked up something on Google because he didn't know the answer because he didn't want to give Me misinformation. Even showed me this really cool video on YouTube so I could see the item I was interested in at full capacity.

Horrible smoke shop! Overpriced, uninformed. Unprofessional. Not in the business of repeat business... says the clerk. Will not refund even if you haven’t left. Had no knowledge of the vapes. Had to go to reliable Route 66 Vapor where I was served as a paying customer should be. The good reviews must be friends or paid for. The manager just called me saying “come get some, blood Gang” what a toolbag.
Update: I received a call from who I can only assume is the real manager, apologizing for what happened. I was refunded in full. Kudos to the business owner for having at least one employee that has business sense.
