Clean store, great selection. Came for a pax 3, as they are an authorized retailer. Professional staff. Note- staff who assisted me was honest about an item which I didn't need, instead of trying to sell/ charge more. Impressed with this, and I'll travel here if I need help in the future.

Good selection in stock, but service was the issue. Went in for a simple downstem and another small, cheap component. The worker insisted on selling us only high priced, designer items, when we told them from the beginning we just needed cheap, and simple, like we had. The worker had no regard for that, kept showing us pricier pieces and was questioning directly “if I was sure” about what I wanted. We were never shown any simple downstem, and had to pay $30 for one that functions more poorly than the cheap one we set out to replace. To get the other item cheap was a battle of “are you sure man” in a clear attempt to upsell, rather than listen to what I was telling them I needed. I will not be returning only because the staff member we dealt with didn’t listen to what we said we needed, tried to upsell and ignored the price range we had, and was condescending when asking for anything that wasn’t “heady”.

My hat is off to puff.
This is more than a smoke shop. I don't smoke but this place offers different herbal remedies for sleep disorders, pain and anxiety. They have different herbal solutions and can posssibly help with your situation.
The folks here are super friendly and have tons of knowledge. They literally can tell you what has worked for them and make recommendations based on your life. They test their products and can talk intelligently about them. There is no hard sales pitch and the people seem to genuinely want to help you. I want to thank Jon for his help and knowledge. The prices are very reasonable and you might be able to save a few bucks shopping around online, but I like to support a local small business and get what I need on the spot.

Very unprofessional! Called about a hookah and as I was explaining what I’m looking for(because it’s hard to order it over the phone, they come in different shapes & sizes & i needed one on the large side) he said “I have other people calling in, I don’t have time for you to explain that to me” . Very rude. Just lost a $90-100+ sale due to his lack of customer service! Unbelievable... will not be shopping there again & making sure my friends don’t either!
