"Undun has over 5000 square feet of everything an adult could want in a clean, bright, fun atmosphere with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Every corner you turn you will be pleasantly surprised with what you find. They have the largest Vape section in the upper valley. Just wait until you see the 16' long two sided humidor full of premium cigars. Adjacent to the humidor is the micro brew beer cooler with all of the most popular brews. A large selection of roll your own Tobacco and all the popular cigarettes. They have an Adult section with toys, lubes, lotions, DVD's and even gag gifts. The new glass barn has hand blown glass and all smoking accessories."

Great selection of beers and cigars. I have had a problem with them not honoring a gift certificate that their system no longer "took," so I was out a fair number of $$. Not very accommodating, especially for a good customer. Overall, good product selection, but not very good customer service.

After getting my spinal surgery at Dartmouth, we went to this location to get a pen compatible with the CBD cartridge I already owned, I figured a pen would be far easier for me to use with the amount of pain I’m in. The employee, Jake, directed my husband to a pen (after looking at the cartridge) that would work and my husband made the purchase. We literally tried it in the parking lot(before driving an hour back home) to make sure it worked with the cartridge and it did not, WE NEVER EVEN LEFT! It did not work with my cartridge so when my husband went in to exchange it(literally less than a few minutes after,) Jake would NOT do anything to fix the mistake HE made, “no returns and nothing I can do about it.” Not only did we drop $30 on a pen that was not compatible(AFTER BEING REFERRED TO IT by a “trusted” employee,) we dropped another $20 on a different pen that did work this time. My husband tried it(he does NOT vape but felt he had no choice) RIGHT there in store because obviously, Jake did not know what he was doing or talking about. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with, no one should ever feel punished when an employee makes a mistake, it should be made right. I HIGHLY suggest choosing a different location or at the very least, don’t ask an employee at this location for assistance, it’s useless and will most likely cost you.

Nothing was to like! I went to this store on Saturday Sept 19th 2015 for the first time. I went because I was to take advantage of bring them a pack of cigarettes and they would give you a free starter vapor pen. I also paid 10.00 for some Un Dun E Juice. I live in Sunapee NH when I got home that evening I had charged up and juiced the pen. It started leaking from the glass tank and oil going everywhere. It was too late to call and Sunday they were closed.I called first thing Monday morning and was told I would need to speak to the owner (whom is on site) that she wasn't here to call back later. I did and was told she was tired up and I gave them my number. After 4 more calls from myself throughout the week still no return call. Today I drove up to Lebanon brought my stuff back including my e juice that was wasted. The owner was not there so I was directed by the manager to the guy behind the vapor counter. I explained to him my situation and can't believe his rude unprofessional customer service. I was told that the pen that I was given for my pack was a promotional product. Therefore there was nothing he could do about the tank leaking. That what I got was the bottom of the barrel when it comes to vaping. And it was free so that was just following protocol. I said the pack of cigarettes weren't free for me to buy and either was this 10.00 bottle of juice that was wasted. He said that you used it can't help you with that. I also found that they are packaging juices as Un Dun when it's actually China and no ingredients on box. I will be calling the BBB on Monday. I can't believe the scam these people are operating! Come here for the crew itself, all amazing individuals and will take their time with you to make sure you get the information you need on all of their products. Amazing stuff here too, huge craft beer selections, Cigars, Vape and accessories , and smoking devices, plus much more! Love it here.

10 year patron of Un-Dun, 1st time complaint
I will say the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable of the products.
Bought my third e-cig less than a week ago. Got home and there was a factory malfunction in the liquid tank. Brought it back to show them and this was their response.
"Wow, never seen that happen before. It definitely should not do this. Try contacting the manufacturer, we can't do anything for you because of liability. The other thing you can do is buy a new tank ($50)."
The reason I shop at local stores is to avoid dealing with manufacturers and to help keep local economy working. I am a small business owner and understand this fully. The only thing that "because of liability" could refer to is me as a liability to the OWNERS HUNGER FOR MONEY.
Will hopefully never shop there again.

Nice place! Went to look for homebrew supplies, which they unfortunately don’t carry anymore. But the folks there were friendly and I wound up getting some beers from their mix-and-match collection, which is large and well-curated imo.

I give 5 stars! I decided to try out CBD after hearing all the great things it can do. I had no real knowledge about this item and I was overwhelmed with all the options. I spoke to Chris who works at un-dun and he was super friendly and helpful. I was actually surprised on how knowledgeable he was. It was a relief! He answered all my questions and more! I am very happy with my purchase and will 100% be a repeat customer. I was satisfied with the service and the product, couldn't ask for a better experience and I highly recommend anyone who is interested in trying CBD but not sure to go in and speak with Chris at Un-dun. Not even just CBD but I also made a glass purchase for my Husband for Valentine's day and the service and atmospshere was impeccable! Let's just say I have a happy husband as well, what wife wouldn't be amazed with that!

I was honestly so disappointed today with the service I received from Undun specifically from whoever was running the glass shop today. Wasnt greeted, was almost ignored the entire time(even tho another customer came in and he helped her no problem.)we waited about another 5 mins before THE OTHER CUSTOMER suggested he helped us.) After a few more minutes we got a just a mere "I'll be right back" from the guy (which I never saw a name tag either) finally after another few minutes of us standing there we decided to leave which was met with a "Have a nice day" in a very rude tone. I know they are busy with reconstruction but I work with the public and never have I ever made a customer feel the way i felt leaving that store today. Completely unimpressed.

If you value your money don't visit this place. They sell defective products with no returns or refunds. Bought a torch and it was spitting out fluid and was extremely unsafe. Bought a vaporizer and it literally was pouring fluid out the air valves within 48 hours. They say whatever needed to make a sale, and forget to say the product you're buying is guaranteed to malfunction and become worthless within a week.

The sales people have obviously made a a significant effort to learn about cigars, and it shows. They have a very strong/diverse selection, and, even when the employees have not smoked a particular cigar, they have done their homework and/or spoken with other customers who have, and so are able to provide helpful advice and insights. Theyve clearly made a strong effort to be a top cigar seller for the area, and it shows.
Beer selection is excellent, though sometimes a bit pricy. Such is the craft beer market....
