"Undun has over 5000 square feet of everything an adult could want in a clean, bright, fun atmosphere with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Every corner you turn you will be pleasantly surprised with what you find. They have the largest Vape section in the upper valley. Just wait until you see the 16' long two sided humidor full of premium cigars. Adjacent to the humidor is the micro brew beer cooler with all of the most popular brews. A large selection of roll your own Tobacco and all the popular cigarettes. They have an Adult section with toys, lubes, lotions, DVD's and even gag gifts. The new glass barn has hand blown glass and all smoking accessories."

Terrible experience, pen only worked for a few days and when I brought it back was told all sales are final. Employee was unpleasant and too high to properly discuss issue. Never again!

Not its a hippie store not just only thing silly people. Why not drive slow and go check it out. Its one of my fav place near me to walk to. And the people that work there are the best since they are always so nice and helpfull even when i need help thinking of a juice. Im sorry not all store are as cool as them in this area all time like that.

Called ahead to see if they had a rosin press I was told they had one in stock the rosin tech twist for $499..I decided to check the price online and the price was $350 right through rosin tech..So I called back and asked if they price match or could Atleast give me a break on it and the lady told me she would contact the owner and see what he said because they do normally price match..She called me right back saying the owner couldn’t price drop cause it was too much of a difference..So I debated it for a few before saying the heck with it I’ll support the local business because otherwise I would’ve had to wait for it for a couple weeks for it anyways..So I went in to buy it and when I got there they actually had one on display that looked brand new mind you I was told they only had one in stock..anyways I went ahead and bought it got it home and noticed the box had definitely been opened before and was incomplete it didn’t have directions with it at all and had definitely been used before long story short I will never give them my business again

As one of the few shops around West Leb. this one surely takes the cake. Craig and his team has always given top notch service since I moved this way back in May. As a glass enthusiast I can attest to their selection being the best around, lots of heady and local artists available (Natey Love, VT Boro, and others!). If you want below stellar service and china glass go elsewhere!

They had been out of stock of a particular e-cigarette flavor for quite some time due to shipping complications. I was waiting in line to see what other comparable flavor they might have, and when it was my turn to speak to an associate they already had a similar blend ready and had me try it before I could even say what I was there for.
They had remembered me from my previous business, and established the reason for that visit based on such. Seemingly always willing to go the extra mile, this is the best smoke shop I have even set foot in.

I spent over $200 getting started with my new vape pen. Jake was very helpful. The next week I went in to buy a new tank and was given the wrong one. I didn't notice until I got home. I figured I would try it out and it didn't work. I brought it back and they told me all sales are final. Even if the manager screwed up and gave me the wrong one, it's my fault. WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Because they have such a good selection in products, I wanted to give them 1 more chance. Went back to get some atomizers. I had my 5 yr old daughter with me. Before the door closed behind me I was scolded and told I cannot bring kids in here. What kind of establishment are they running where kids are not aloud in. Am I suppose to leave my daughter unattended in my car so I can shop here. HELL NO. No more chances for this place. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!

Those who vape beware!
I like the convenience of a local vape store. I'll even accept the e-liquid isn't american made but some re-branded foreign stuff.
I draw the line at poor service though. Nothing they sell has a warranty. It doesn't matter how much profit they make on you, or how much you spend. They are willing to tell you tough luck.
I came in because the Nautilus Aspire I purchased what burning through wicks like crazy. They determined that it wasn't seating right. What upset me is that they put it together like that, sold it to me and now I can't get it replaced. THEY HANDED ME A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT and decided that no warranty is worth my repeat business.
So long story short. great glassware, good beer. Just BUYER BEWARE.

They sold me the wrong piece. I was told what to ask for, so i didn’t know what it was suppose to look like As soon as i got home i was informed I was actually given a male and not a female. I was told that even though it was their mistake that i could not get a refund, an exchange, or anything off of a new piece. I will never buy from here again.
