Lily was absolutely amazing and patient lol 😂. I went in looking for something specific and she helped research on her own phone which brands accommodate what I was looking for and ended up finding the best product and one that is very fond of by other customers too. I don’t normally buy from this specific store and because of this experience I think it may sway me towards buying from your store so long as you keep Lily 😎 haha. No seriously. Awesome choices of vape juices. I just bought first mod and the ladies there were AMAZING. They were well informed and were wonderful with me took there time explaining me everything before I made my choice. Had an issue and had to come back twice to have help and they helped me patiently and took time didn't rush me in anyway or show any type of aggravation with being unknowledgeable..

Terrible Terrible Terrible return policy. A few months back I purchased a defective item. I was told "Because I left the store with said item" & "I should have tested the item before leaving" it couldnt be returned. My loss I guess. I eventually got over it and came back to shopping there. The other day I purchased another item. After checkout, I did a 180 and started walking towards the door. While in hand, I started unwrapping the item only to notice that it wasn't the item I had asked for. I turned back around and approached the counter. Told the employee that it was the wrong item and that I never left the store. I was asked for the receipt but was never given one. The store should provied a receipt each and every time. Its shouldn't be the responsibility of the customer to ask. Nevertheless, they again refused to return it because I opened it. So I beg to ask the question, WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
