Not the best place to go for what I was buying (hookah supplies) but not a bad experience. Large interior with a bunch of items from clothing to smoking instruments to music you will likely find something you can't pass up here. Staff is chill and friendly as well

Cool people, cool selection. And by selection, I mean they have EVERYTHING. Glass (like the usual glass and TONS of local pieces), vape, clothes (and not flimsy cheap clothes). It gets kind of busy when people run in on their lunch breaks for juice. Staff was really good at answering all my questions for me and also helped me find answers about some mods that we both didn't know everything about.

Best place in town for all your enjoyment needs and i mean all . Plenty of options. Employees are helpful and knowledgable and can help you taylor your purchase to fit your needs. If you havent been to the store go check it out, its worth your time.

I was trying to ask some questions about a scale and I wasnβt even there for more than 3 minutes and did end up buying one just because I didnβt feel like going to another store, I was mad enough I thought about it though. The guy kept texting someone on his phone and didnβt even look up from it to answer my questions. When I asked the difference between 2 models he actually sighed loudly and got them both from the case and dropped them on the counter and didnβt even offer any input. I read over the back of the packages and he was like βjust get that one itβs the best oneβ to rush me out of the store. I was going to buy a couple other vape things but I was over it and just left.

This is actually my favorite smoke shop in Reno. They have the Lowest prices for Kratom, tons of smoking accessories, and very friendly knowledgeable staff. 10/10 will be back.

This place was pretty busy for a Tuesday night at 9:30 PM! The employees were very helpful, attentive, and friendly with all the customers, many of whom seemed to be regulars. I will definitely stop here next time Iβm in town!
