Really helpful staff. Treated nicely every time I'm in there. They seem to have the flavors I want more consistently than the other vape shops around. There are a little bit pricier though

They have the best selection and prices in town. We drove around Reno checking out other shops like theirs, but they are the best. They are friendly, knowledgeable and have the most competitive prices. I wish we had stopped there first. I definitely recommend this place.

Way expensive clothing and glass, but with the way inflation is going, it is like that with everything now a days. They have a good selection of vapes, glass, clothes, especially pro clubs, and other head shop related items.

Visited this store for the first time right before Christmas looking for a pipe for my hubby. Was warned by several others about the poor customer service.Figured i'd decide for myself.
Was browsing about 20 minutes, not sure what I was looking for. Was never asked if needing any help once.The guys that work there are more interested in socializing with their friends than doing their job, which makes it extra hard to ask for help as it is somewhat intimidating. My son went in 3 days later and the same thing happened to him.:(
Its too bad because the shop has a lot of stock and could cater to people looking for an assortment of things. How about the clerks saying "hello, if you need help be sure to let us know".
At this point I will not be going back. There are a lot of other shops in town that would want my money.

The dudes that work here at chill and laid back. Large selection of glass and herbals. The guy that helped me hooked me up with a deal that I couldn't pass up. Will definitely recommend and come back to shop with these guys.

The people are here are all hella chill. Great customer service. The owner Jessie s also very kind and nice. I haven’t met or encountered a bad service here. Products are totally legit. Unlike other smoke shops hear that sells fake things. My go to is the rug pod strawberry mango and what’s great about it is that everyone that works there seems to remember it all the time.

The people there are always rude and act like your bothering them when u ask for something specific. And they're young kids, like what is so hard in your life that u have to project that onto the customers?
