This is a great place to go. Most smoke shops don’t take the time to answer your question or Feign ignorance. I am a newbie and had a zillion questions. Meg was so knowledgeable, cheerful, and took her time with me. Outstanding customer service. This is the place to go. Great parking. Don’t buy from any other store. I even got a discount.

Smokesmart NEVER fails me ! Always outstanding customer service and the shop is amazing overall ! I was in looking at some pieces today and Tyler was quick to help me and let me look around at a couple other things there, everyone here knows how to build relationships with there customers and that’s the best way to go about it !!!

Bought a dab rig from here, it broke the first night, bought 3 bowls from here and 2 out of the 3 broke within the first day of use, got a blow torch and had to take it in to get it replaced. When I called after the last item broke, just finally done and frustrated with the horrible quality of product, they told me they could give me a discount on my next product but no refund or anything and then told me they would have to show me the more expensive bowls if I want one that lasts. Then why even sell the cheap stuff if you know it's no good?! Just so mad so much money went down the drain.
