Best customer servicein a glass shop in town. I have yet to have a mediocre experience let alone a bad one at this shop. I have a knack for breaking glass so I'm in often. Since I'm so rough on my glass I always try to buy cost-effective pieces. They have a wide selection of very affordable glass. And to top it all off, more often than not, the employees will hook me up with an extra piece for little money or just for free. Nothing better than getting a two for the price of one deal when you weren't expecting it. These guys are great about taking care of their customers.

Visited today for the second time with my PTSD and mobility support service dog, but today we were turned away. I was told by the same person that had helped me a few weeks ago, that pets are not allowed, even service dogs, for liability reasons. I dont understand why suddenly I am not allowed to visit when I had no issue last time and my dog is clearly focused on her work. I cannot look at the lower level shelves without her assistance. I felt humiliated being turned away in front of several other customers. Everyone that employee had been helping was staring at us once the employee began saying I had to leave at watched me turn around walkout. So I went over to Discontent and had no issues with my service dog

I LOVE 406 glass, It's my favorite place to go! Friendly Customer service and always hooking up returning customers!!:) They've got a great selection of Glass pieces pretty much anything you could think of... my man and I always recommend all our friends and family to the store definitely missing out if you haven't gone yet! 10/10

epic staff very Rude clean over priced with homley atmosphere employees very attentive to their own needs and informativly not caring ripping off local artist along with live glass blowing of oil burners, bent ones for all the local addiction needs everyday that you can talk to and interact with as they scurry past you and down the alley

Plenty of pieces for all varieties. Amazing customer support that makes you feel welcome and comfortable. As well as so many more items and accessories leaving this place the best in my book.
