I am in this store purchasing things in a VERY frequent occasion. Today is the first day I have ever purchased a puff bar that ended up being severely burnt. I was told that there was nothing she could do because it was still working and it being burnt did not matter. I spent almost $20 for a device I cannot even use. Will not return our business. Iād rather drive to Springfield where their customer service was much better than hers to begin with.

I DID tell her multiple times that it WAS burnt. Please advice your staff to listen to their customers. Because I said it specifically.

Terrible service "Chris" told me to call a number to fix my points. When I called the man on the other end of the phone didn't know what a vape was. Hate this store because of the people that work here are the worst kind of people. The kind of people that send you on a wild goose chase just to get a laugh. You'd be better off driving to Springfield and hit a vape shop there because these people will not only waste your time but probably get you to waste your money as well

Went into the shop to buy a battery and they couldn't sell me anything, due to their payment system was down. Offered to pay in cash (exact cash) and the guy told me no. He told us it would mess up his draw and the company didnt want that. I offered some advice regarding the issue. Write down the sale, and the item with what I paid him and he could enter that later when the system went back online. He said No.
