This was a 5 but after today I have to change it to a 1. The reason why is very simple. My significant other came in and bought some coils for me but not knowing what kind of coils I use. Within 30 minutes of her bringing them to me I brought them back knowing they weren't the right ones, to do a simple exchange and pay any difference if there was one. I was told that could not happen. Because she was given the coils she asked for, there was no way to do am exchange. I understand buyer beware but this was a simple mistake that could have been taken care of easily but instead I was turned away even though this was not an outlandish request by any stretch of the imagination. I will not be going here ever again and I have to say, buyer beware and make sure you know EXACTLY what you need and make no mistakes at all. If you are unsure about anything in the least don't buy it because you might be stuck with it even though you won't need it.

The gentleman at the counter was very nice and welcoming. He helped us with our vaping needs and didn't try to pressure us into anything we didn't need. We come up here to visit family. Will definitely return if we need anything in the future

Had a very amazing time here. Not only do they have excellent service with a great staff who will answer any questions and help to the best of their abilities, but they also have nice products to choose from. Starting from vapes, to your favorite juices, all the way down to a coil in every size. Highly recommended

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was amazed by the variety of vape juice they have to choose from. The store was very clean. Loved the atmosphere as soon i stepped through the door. They definitely deserve 5 stars!

Horrible!!! I will never go here again...every time I go here they screw something up...last time I bought two 30ml of watermelon rancher got home and it was grape that was in the bottle nothing like what they let me try...2 other times they forgot to get my phone number and I missed out on almost 100 points...also they are selling 120ml bottles if house juuce as 150ml when it clearly shows on the bottle 120ml...and they wont make nothing right with their customers!!!!! DON'T GO HERE!!!!!
