My goal is to cutout my occasional threr to four ciggies a day when i have a glass of wine in evening. Vaping works for me, but it comes with its challenges. I think im losing more juice than im inhaling cause ciggie is so hard to fill and most of it spills out. And, when you get it ready to go, you find that it needs charging. So i get that people still turn to the convenience of lighting up. However, i am going to stick with it, cause i know it has already reduced my urge to smoke. Havent bought a pack for weeks
