Bought a Lookah Q7. 3 days after use it stops vibrating. Day 4 I notice there's concentrate coming out the charging port. I return it. (I bought it Aug 21st and returned it on Sept 1) with receipt and warranty to the store. They refuse to replace it. Stating it's been a week. Now I must take time out of my day to contact the manufacturer and go through that hassle. 105 dollars and time lost. Not Happy.

I see why this store is rated 5/5. From the welcoming greet you get when you walk in to cleanness and well organized establishment. Malik was very intelligent, understanding, and polite. He answered all my questions, shared the same POV on things, well rounded individual. Will most likely be coming back soon/recommending to experienced and new comers.

This is your warning. First, I have spent nearly 150+ dollars at this place on various products. I expressed my dislike of an items that I tried in hopes of exchanging it for something I know would best fit my needs(they suggested this product), and I was hit was an "All sales are final" spill. This is your warning, they uncharge nearly 50% (which I looked past because I wanted to support local), they will not work with you, so shop at your own risk.

This place has amazing customer service! Pulled up one night 5mins after they closed. The employee was locking up for the night he looked at me and waved me to come in. I was shocked he didn't rush me was very helpful and helped me find the right items I needed. I'll be back for sure!
