FYI. No returns accepted no matter what the issue is. I tried to return a faulty vapor pipe after three days of trying to get it to work. When I returned it they would not take it back. The owner was not helpful or remorseful. He basically said tuff luck kid

They actually answer the phones that's is a huge deal breaker for me because if they don't want to answer the phone for a customer they don't care in my book because asking someone to please hold doesn't take a lot of time and shows that you actually care and want their business.
