God forbid I get locked out of my account and they just do a survey in person nope drive all the way there wasting my time and money for two high and mighty lazy girls to not help me at the front desk I just won’t go to Rise if that’s the service being provided to me after a decade of loyalty.

Nice store, friendly staff, out of line with there prices. Best product they have imo is the heather vapes and all that is is a soupie co2 extraction.I refuse to buy your flower. I have seen and smelled your flower from other patients and its sub par at best mostly smelled like hay small tiny buds trimed so tight all trichimes are knocked off. Not frosty at all .Not medicine imo. Seems like you guys are geared towards marketing,thc %and making money over providing top shelf medicine. .5 carts for 60-70$ are you kidding me you can go to Michigan and get 1gram vapes for 25$. 2 gram vapes of delta 8 and other hemp derived oils for less than 30$ at any tobacco store in hear in MN and they provide just as much relief if not more than your overpriced sub par “medicine”. Totally let down by this medical program its all about the mighty dollar its not about providing relief. I gonna have to dropp out and just keep getting black market products cuz who the heck can afford this. Of course they will blame the state of Minnesota and say there hands are tied. Does the state set your prices? No they don't. 50$ and 60$ 3.5 those were street prices around here when good flower first started coming around about 15 years ago. I didnt pay it then and wont now. I hope when this rec market kicks of you guys will get ran out of town. I have e mailed you guys two times now with no response

Back to problems with scheduled pick up appointments. Walk ins get priority which defeats the purpose of having scheduled pick up times.
I'm an honest critic and gave rise a poor review in it's early stages and in honesty, all of my initial suggestions for improvement have been implemented so I felt compelled to give an updated review that's been earned. Since the switch from leafline to Rise, They're open longer, have a better selection and range of product that's priced fairly as well as a reward program.
Meghan, Amanda, Dave, Jordan, and the rest of the staff are friendly and welcoming and know me by name. It's always a pleasant experience and thanks to medical cannabis, I've gotten off of the various combinations of 16 different pharmaceutical pills the VA has had me on in the past that have had bad side effects.
