I have witnessed, and felt the staff/owner provide an atmosphere of a ' Neighborhood store ' by their friendly greetings (remembers the repeating customers) to the first timers, their knowledge of products, listens to what you're looking for (not listening just to upsale you), and I have saved money from their FREE members card.
