The guy has no idea what customer service means!!!! WILL NEVER do business WITH THEM EVER AGAIN SCUM BAG OWNER Just got an E cigaret from him today and it was had a faulty seal Since it didn't have any extra he wouldn't give me one on in stock items and ordering from vendor 1 from manufacture And he had at least a 25 of them available So chances are he wouldn't someone in the next couple days it would take in order the part And he would be taken care of a customer just spent $100

I went here with a friend and the guy working stood with his arms crossed as my friend asks for a specific coil for her vape device. He responds by flatly stating, "They don't exist." After she tells him that they do because she has used them before he says, "they do not exist here so don't bother asking again." He then ignored her and moved on to a customer who had just walked into the store. Rude service! I would not recommend this place and will be spreading the word.

Called in to confirm that JUUL Classic Menthol 4pk of Juul Pods were on sale. Whichever employee picked up the phone told myself and my girlfriend over the phone( two different calls, just to make sure) that those were the ones on sale for $10 a pack. Drive for 40 minutes only to find out its a knock off brand that is $10 and the Juul 4pk are $25. Not only was my time wasted but so was my gas and faith in retail. I'm very specific in what I want, and I was very specific with my question. Was lied too under pretense of saving money. And then when I didn't want to buy the Juul 4pks at that price the employee scoffed at me then had the audacity to offer me the pods that were the knock off ones that were $10. I simply rolled my eyes and said no that is not what i'm here for and walked out. Regardless if the Ad has the knockoff brand in it I asked a specific question about a specific product with specific price and I was lied too. Those kind of ethics in business are undesirable and very dishonest.

went in to buy cigarettes. my brand is marlboro 100 black that have always been $5.04 a pack everywhere. and at green leaf tobacco on their marlboro 100 blacks they had $.50 coupons. the total came to $10.52 for two packs. when i asked the guy how much they were a pack he said they were $10.52 a pack. that made no sense to me since the sign right under the marlboro 100 blacks said $5.01 a pack. the guys said no, theyre special blend. but even the special blend packs had $5.01 under them.nothing of the experience made much sense to me other than he was trying to rip me off and i will not be a returned customer. beware of the dishonest guy at the register.
