Always friendly and helpful staff. Going to an Ecig shop, you can get a couple different types of people helping you out.
1 - The know it all, they spew info at you and don't care what you're there for
2 - The flavor expert, the person behind the counter constantly vaping clouding up the room and just shoving testers in your face
3 - The chill one. Person behind the counter just sitting there not doing anything and doesn't know anything.
To be honest, all 3 suck on their own.
Thankfully here they have a mix of all 3. They have the information you need/want. They have chill employees that aren't over the top and they have great flavor knowledge.
If you're a ecig veteran or a newbie. this is the best place to start.
(pit fighter by Black and Yellow is my go to flavor)!

Large selection of juice, but it's all overpriced. If you're not a 20 something hipster they give you a bit of the brush off. Ive been in 4 times now in emergencies (need juice or atomizer at last minute), and walked away pissed 3 of those times. Told they don't sell a certain atomizer, when that's where i bought it in the first place. The battery I bought died within a week. Absolutely no help, I had to pry info out of the 3 different clerks i've talked with. Just... a crap store.

The help is always knowledgeable and helpful. Though they may not be the least expensive, the quality products that they sell, accompanied by the excellent customer service by far makes Smokeless Smoking the only place that I shop for my vaping needs.
