Bought Aspire Breeze. Price 29.95, they end up charging me 42 for it. Claims web prices are lower because of shipping, etc. If that's the case price for Aspire Breeze 2 would be higher in store but it's the same as on the website. They lost a customer and will be getting a charge back for it. Look at your receipts folks.
Response: wrong. The website that is clearly associated to YOUR shop, has a price which you did not charge me. Instead you STOLE $12 and made up excuses as to why you charged the extra. Whoever I spoke with on the phone yesterday stated price on the website is lower because you charge shipping and other fees. So by his logic you charged $12 extra because you had to hand me the device from behind the counter. No problem though. Already contacted my credit card. Ill get my money back, you will lose that money and a customer. Wild Bills up the street is definitely less shady than your place.

I wish I could give zero stars. Went in there looking for a recommendation on good new vape pods. The manager recommended these new "CS" pods. I open them up that night and found all of them to be leaking two packs worth at $20 each. I went to see if they could be exchanged this morning after less than 24 hours and the store told me there's nothing they can do for me. what kind of store doesn't stand behind the product they sell and simply offer an exchange for an unhappy customer? Absolutely horrible and dissatisfied and I will never return

Came here to get a glass and I told the employee to get me a 18 F Size bowl and he came and got me the wrong size. After getting home I noticed it didnt fit. they wouldn't allow an exchange lol. They dont care about loyalty. Not to mention they didnt even ID me. Sloppy.

Love this place. They have a huge variety of any Kratom, Juul compatible pods, glass pieces, and juice. There’s always some kind of deal going on; a lot of the time buy one get one or buy 1 get one half off. Friendly staff I’ve known for years and very helpful/knowledgeable. 💯

This place is awesome!! It’s far from where we live but totally worth the drive because of the stellar service and deals they offer. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable with all the Kratom strains and took the time to help us decide on which ones would be good for us. Kyle helped us pick out some good e-juices and was very patient and helpful while my boyfriend is very picky about his selections. Diedrick was soo sweet cashing us out, and he really put a smile on my face! Will definitely continue coming here, thanks for the great service guys! Keep doin ya’ thing!

I've never met employees with so much professionalism in my life. The guys at Woodstock really go above and beyond the customer expirence. Honestly when you go there it's a one of kind expirence. They will help you find anything you need they will suggestive sell items that you may want to add to your collection and they are always telling me about the deals I'm eligible for. It's really great. I will never go anywhere else for my vapor product.

Used to come here a lot but I purchased a “Scorch Torch” for $29.95. It worked for less than a month. When it failed my boyfriend and I started to troubleshoot. In that process we found out these “Brand Name Torches” are completely counterfeit. The company said this is a knock off and they make no such model so now, I can’t even get parts! Box has no inserts or website but I never noticed. Just trusted what they were selling was legit. So careful when trusting them and READ THE REVIEWS. When I called and confronted Woodstock they said they couldn’t do anything (less than 30 days with the box and receipt) but he could sell me another??!! didn’t spend $30 plus tax for less than 30 days of use. We’ve been customers since the gas station, with a lot of our friends. Noticed MANY price increase lately... seems like I’m always being ripped off. Beyond disappointed.
