Love this place. Huge selection. Fair prices. A a they are willing to knock a few bucks off to get ya to walk out with it.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! BUYER BEWARE! Today, I called to ask if they had a RAW cone filling MACHINE. I was told "Yes, we do." Except that what they sold me was a RAW cone FILLER, which is a completely different product. I made the mistake of trusting the brainpower of the employee, rather than checking inside the box right then and there, and so I left the store a happy customer.
When I got home, I opened the box, realized the mixup, and returned to the store (with the receipt) to either get the correct product, or a refund.
But upon returning to the store, I was told by the useless stoner behind the counter that they didn't have the correct product, and that they don't do refunds, just store-credit. Except that they don't have any way of issuing store-credit. The idiotic solution they proposed was that I simply keep the WRONG product for now, and then bring it back the next time I felt like shopping. As if I'm just going to perpetually store the thing in my car on the off-hand chance I'm driving by, and feel like shopping.
No, what it means is that ALL of the burden for THEIR SCREWUP is on you, the customer. They employ idiots? YOUR problem. They don't understand simple, professional business practices? YOUR problem. And if you still decide to shop here? That's DEFINITELY YOUR PROBLEM.
These people are idiots and snakes. You have been warned.

Huge variety of things. You could spend an hour just looking around. Fairly decent to moderately priced items. Decent quality glass but not the best.

I used to have a new favorite smoke shop every now and then but this one came in and just blew them all out of the water. Cheap pieces, standard pieces, specialty/hand-made pieces, accessories, tools, wraps, everything that you can think of. It’s like the wal-mart of smoke shops

Been in and out of this store for awhile and at smokers alley for years, well I buy a vape pen for 30 dollars and use it for about 5 days it dies and wont charge. Nothing will work I take it back and they cant even refund me or switch the pen at least. Ive exchanged bad batteries on gpens before and this will be the last time im there.
