Terrible Service Scam Bad Business

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! Terrible service. I called in advanced to ask if they had a replacement for my vape and they said yes. When we got there, drove an hour to get there, they “sold” their last replacement coil. Scam scam scam to get you into his failing business.

Edit: The owner did reach out. However, my friends in your establishment were not rude. We traveled a long way to get the coils. Called hours in advanced. The manager sold the last one “5 minutes” before we got there. Again, bad business.

Very respectful and caring about customers needs. I think Di Ganja Smoke Shop has excellent and friendly customer service. I always get Jake to wait on me he is the bomb. The manager is very friendly and both guys take the time in explaining and answering all my questions. I would NOT go anywhere else for my vaping needs. See yall soon.
