Some of the nicest people you'll ever meet and they have the largest selection of juice out of any vape store in Kentucky that I have ever been to. They're very helpful with any questions you may have their always excited about their new customers you can sit in the store and talk with them for hours on end About anything you wanna talk about really. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The only vape shop I’ve dealt with, that’si actually like, here in Kentucky. I’ve started ordering from online shops, due to the customer service I received at other shops. When I’m in bowling green, I stop here, now. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Too bad there’s not one near us.

I would leave zero stars if possible. If you want to feel welcomed and respected, this is not the place. I have given them several chances to prove me wrong and yet every single time i go in, I feel unwelcomed and like i am an inconvenience for them. I have shopped at many vape stores, in this town and other towns. This is by far the worse when it comes to customer service. The only time I have been in and felt I was welcomed was when the guy from English Fog waited on me. And they act they like they dont want to answer any questions I have about anything. Not to mention, every time I go in for a certain juice they are always out and use the excuse they have been out for a week and they need to order some. Their prices are outrageous, $30 and up for 120ml bottle. Since D&J Vapors has came to town, I will be a loyal customer to them. They go out of their way to help me anytime I am in their store. They always have what I need. And they sell 2-120ml bottles of juice for $25! And it tastes amazing! Not to mention everytime I walk in that door I am greeted with a warm welcome. And they answer all my questions. I dont feel like I am a bother to them. So Vette City, I would highly recommend that you send your employees to D&J and let them show your employees what REAL customer service is. And i would take some lessons from their business strategy too before they put you out of business. Because I am not the only customer that feels this way about your employees and your shop. I have talked to many people that feel they are a burden to your employees. Because once people go to D&J, I guarantee you they wont be back to your shop.

I personally love this place and the people that work there are awesome, all the guys are super helpful and extremely friendly. The only downside to this place and any other local vape shop is the prices, things like mods, tanks and oils are way overpriced, you can get them online for half the price, just do your research about the online vape shop you decide to use and everything they sell is authentic. Coils and batteries are priced fair and that's what I mainly buy from Vette City, another good thing this personal shop has are some really good in-house oils, made by the guys that work there. I personally love backing my community and the people in it and if those oils were priced more fairly, I would only buy the in-house oils, they are quality made and taste great but the prices are just alittle over the top and I can't afford what they ask. If you stop in here a couple of good oil lines are Shadows Elixr (Hurricane in this line is my favourite), English Fog (Giants Blood is amazing) and the actual Vette City Vapes line is also really good. If you have the money to blow, and are looking for a relaxed environment, to hang out and talk to some really cool ass guys, this is the place to go, you can't go wrong.

Worst staff ever over 21 would not sell to me employee was very rude and disrespectful told us to get out of his effing shop asked for management he told us he didn't have to give us management because he knew he was in the wrong worst customer service ever also contacted better Business bureau would not recommend to anyone bad business
