I ordered the wrong juice yesterday and burned my coil today. I returned to Lucky's today and I literally feel like I have been to class (in a good way)! Darren educated me on what I did wrong, made recommendations that made total sense, and replaced my juice and coil. Had a bad experience at another Lucky’s vape on Harry. Juice was overwhelmed with nicotine but Brandon at Lucky’s on Rock rd was awesome and fixed the juice I was given and now it’s how I wanted it. He also helped sort out account issues the other store had and made up for it on the spot. If there was any Lucky’s to go to, it’s this one.

I liked Lucky's vape shop, I have only had my vape for a couple weeks and it's already broken. I was changing the coil on it and were the air flow is pieces of it already are falling out. As I was twisting it, it stuck and now it's cracked such a waste of money. They refused to fix it saying it was my fault for it breaking. I take care of my things and I wouldn't have a problem if i was the one to break it but all I did was twist the piece and the pieces started falling out. I'm very dissatisfied with this place. Which makes me sad because I did think the people were great. Just disappointed in the product I was sold.

Visited the rock location after receiving bogo juice a while ago from the Oliver location, my juice that I always vape tasted awful, Nina happily remade my juice and it was great! Would rather drive 5 more minutes down the street then to go back to the Oliver store. Especially to see the dogs!

Great little vape shop! If you vape you must go to this shop. Awesome customer service! Staff is very knowledgeable! Prices are lower than other shops! Huge selection of tanks, coils, mods anything you could ever want for vaping. The house juice is delicious! I am hooked on the Creme De La Castro!
