Hotspot Vapes

My husband and I were very pleased that Joe spent 1.5 hrs with us despite having other customers. We are both around retirement age, former smokers,and looking to quit smoking. Both of us have tried nicorette gum to quit smoking and both of us were tired of chewing so much gum. We were looking for a different alternative.
We are beginners but Joe made us feel comfortable about asking any questions we had. He really set our minds at ease. Joe got us set up with everything that we were needing within our price range! He didn't try to oversell or up sell any product to us . He listened to what we were wanting and found devices and oils that matched our desires. Selection of oils is great too! Highly recommend this place!!

By far the best vape shop I've found in town. Joe was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful in assisting my husband with his first sub-ohm upgrade. Took the time to go through multiple mods and tanks with us, explaining benefits of all - and then gave us a ton of help with juice selection. Joe is really well versed in a huge variety of different mods having used them himself - so was able to give honest opinions on all. Personally won't need to bother shopping at various vape shops around town anymore - this is the only shop I'll need to visit! Thanks so much for your help yesterday!! We'll be back!

They are so awesome!! Joe and his wife are extremely friendly and very helpful all the time. They are VERY patient and uber helpful all the time. And are very knowledgeable about there products. I will never go to another vape store. They are very well stocked.

Amazing! I asked for coffee and or caramel that tastes good. He got me a great one. Said I wanted a second juice .He made a suggestion that was dead on my flavor profile. Thank you for listening and having the knowledge needed to make a suggestion for my tastes not just your favorite. Prices are good too! Highly recommend!

Extremely down to earth people. Absolutely NOT your typical vape shop experience. You know, like a scene out of Rounders, except old men languidly praising the flavor of the week like have you tried the new "void trip."

Excellent repair service and they stand behind their products as often as humanly possible .

I called all over Kansas looking for something specific as far as the vaporizer, ran across a lot of rude people. I called this store and he was the sweetest guy ever!! I walked in and he was so helpful and showed me all the different options.. practically treated me like family.. if you're looking for something for your vaporizer or pens or any of the above hit this place up.. Great family owned vape shop! The owner hooked me up with complimentary juice when I purchased my new mod and tank from him. He was extremely helpful and took the extra time to make sure I walked out with the best product for my needs.

This place is absolutely the best vape store in Johnson County...hands down! The owners are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and have the largest variety/selection of products available. By far the best customer experience we have had since becoming a member of the vaping society. Thank you, Joe and Deb!!

We popped in this afternoon, looking for a coffee flavor. We had been to a couple other shops that has treated us rudely and decided to try one more.

We were greeted with smiling faces and enthusiasm.
After a bit of discussion we found not one, but 4 flavors we did like. 2 of them were out of stock, but we were assured more would be on the way. Great!

We started asking questions about different mods that were on display (we had an all-in-one type setup and wanted information on more advanced mods), as we are using vape, to quit smoking.

Every question we asked was answered. Everything we were curious about was explained. We left the shop with more knowledge than when we walked in, and intentions of returning in a month or so, to purchase our favorite mods.

Instead, we returned moments later, and purchased today. We received lots of help setting up, explanations, and suggestions.

I don't feel like we were pressured into spending as much money as possible. Quite the opposite. We also left with the knowledge of what we need in the future. What the next steps will be to keep our mods in top top shape, all while still not overspending.

All in all, my husband and I had a great experience today. We will return to this shop any time we need something, and will recommend it to anyone interested in the vape community. It really was a fantastic experience with friendly folks who aren't out to suck your last dime, but to help you instead!

Joe is awesome. Deb is amazing. Plenty of juice and mods both. Hands down some of the most helpful owners in any place I have ever gone. House juice is about as good as any premium.
