Rude employees. They must get it from the rude person that responds to all negative reviews. They do really treat everyone like they are a thief.
It starts at the top. Your responses are confrontational and sarcastic. Can't expect employees to treat customers different with the example they are given. Strongly encourage some extensive training in management and customer service as anyone can tell no one has any.

This was a great place for a good cigar. I'm new to it so the gentleman Catherine who works there no only gave me a tour but recommended 4 cigars based on my preference. He was nice and very customer friendly I'll definitely be back. Awesome place.
