If I could I would give this place a negative star they don’t even deserve one. I came in as a first time Vape buyer looking for expertise. My experience was there was someone behind the counter that had no clue what she was talking about and the reason that I say that is because I left there with a product that ended up not working less than 24 hours later. I had suspicion that she wasn’t fully knowledgeable butNeither was I so I didn’t want to miss read the situation. I ended up bringing back the product but because the woman did not give me a receipt and I had no longer had the box the man said he was no longer able to help me upon looking at all the products that were on display I realize the Vape that she sold me wasn’t even in stock this further leads me to believe that there were some shady business happening when she sold me the cartridge. Please know this place is not credible nor helpful be aware of the stores that are in your neighborhood

I will preface this by saying, when a client had to return due to a mistake on your part, that would not be the best time to ask them to write you a positive review on google. I've been here several times in the past no problems at all. This was likely a one off situation but it did leave a bad taste in my mouth since you didn't offer any recompense for the inconvenience and you fished for a review.
Situation at hand - Ran out on lunch to purchase a new vape, shopped around and purchased said vape, he said it didn't need anything extra.
I got home and attempted to power up said vape, it didn't work. Reading into the instructions it requires a special battery SOLD SEPERATELY. I had to drive back up there, during my work hours to get this battery. He did apologize for his mistake and installed the battery and answered my question about the benefits of this type of device using a battery as I had never heard of that before.
Now the proper thing to have done IMHO would have been to offer a discount or something for the inconvenience. Nope straight charge for the battery and a request for a positive review.

Great Customer Service!! , they have all the essentials of a Smoke Shop, one stop shop, and if there missing something you need, they would gladly order the item for you, they have Glass pipes, Bongs , gas masks, Dabb accessories, premium Cigars , Hookah products, and wholesale pricing, great location, regular customer ✅
