My husband and I have been customers for sometime now and have always had great service until last Monday. There is a new manager Amy is no longer at this store. I ordered an ipriv in blue a couple weeks ago which is still not in, so I decided to buy a espion Infiniti. The new manager pulls it out of the case but there was juice in the tank, I guess someone had been using it. I asked about a discount due to it being used, he snidely replied you get your 10% which is what I get anyway. He did clean the tank out. I asked about a new coil for it, he replied they didnt have any coils for that mod. so basically I paid full price for a mod with no coil, I only purchased the mod because I was tired of waiting on the one I ordered and this was the only one that came close to what I originally ordered. I called lisa the next day to tell her and still no shock to her that the mod was or had been used, but did offer to get me a coil when the come in. Then said she would have Tim the GM call me which did not happen. This place since the employee turn over has definitely went down hill! It's a shame it used to be a great place, but after Monday that's no longer the case.
Since my review I have had three higher ups in the company contact me about my issues. They got all the information which they were shocked and full of apologies. But only one person went above and beyond to fix my my issues and that was Amy. Amy from the greenwood store saw my review and personally took care of it, when it was not her mistake or place nor her store. we had other issues with the Avon store since trying to give them another chance but nope messed up again with owing us money. But again Amy checked the records and yes 40.00 we were owed. so again Amy took it upon her self to offer her help. she asked if I wanted anything I said I have a pink resa stick and I was wanting a white one too. She ordered me one and personally just brought it by my house in the rain on her Birthday. She is Awsome! She went above and beyond and had nothing to gain out it. That's a hell of an employee. We will still not shop the Avon store until they get that store back up to par. Thanks so much Amy and Happy Birthday.. If I need something I will make the drive to your store.

I have spent hundreds of dollars there without batting an eye. Walked in today looking for some parts and wanted advice on a new kit. Don't just say "nope don't have it, try across the street, bye". Ok fine lady....I took my $200 to the vape store across the street. Best advice I've gotten from Maxx, bc those guys were great. Btw she's been short with me a couple times before. I shop local (and pay a premium) so I can ask questions, otherwise I'd buy online for half the price.

It was a lovely spring evening and I was excited about the prospect of trying something new recommended by my friend. I was primed for a good experience but unfortunately that was not what I received.
I explained to the clerk, Lisa, about my nicotine needs and asked some questions about the various equipment. Lisa proceeded to tell me that she would only sell me their basic vape pen setup because the other units were "too complicated" for me. Being a Mensan, I doubted that but I let that go; I was in too good a mood.
I went on to sample the various flavors of e-juice and another customer came in. I was quickly and without a word abandoned. The customer was apparently a regular and conversation ensued. After the other customer left, Lisa rejoined my friend and I without a word.
Ultimately, I purchased $100 of merchandise. Lisa made a point of admonishing me to, "keep my receipt if you want to return anything." After leaving, I conferred with my friend and she confirmed that Lisa had indeed been patronizing and rude. I determined that I would not return to this store because surely the owner knew about this employee's attitudes because she was too confident in her behavior.
Two weeks later I returned because the nicotine level she recommended was not high enough for my needs and the charge indicator on the charger for my vape pen was Green when empty but red when the battery was plugged in and never turned green.
I arrived at the store and Lisa and her husband were waiting on another customer. Her husband acknowledged me and my friend and I waited. Upon finishing with the customer, the husband apologized for the wait and proceeded to serve me. As you can see, the husband is great. Unfortunately, he isn't an employee.
After confirming the problem with my charger, he asked Lisa what they do for this situation. Lisa explained that the store tells customers to ignore the light because the chargers are cheap and made in China. (A piece of information that was not given to me on the day I purchased it.) She went on to repeat this multiple times as her husband proceeded to look for a replacement charger for me. He asked her to ring out the exchange. Lisa asked for my name and phone number and informed me that the register had been changed and unfortunately some sales were not transferred.
The husband asked if there was anything else that I needed. I told him about the under powered nicotine and I wanted to return the unused products. At this point Lisa aggressively asserts the e-juice is not returnable. I say that I have my receipt and the bottles I am trying to return do not have broken seals. It is then explained it is a violation of federal law to return them. Lisa then begins to draw my attention to store signage which states this policy.
I tell the husband about the return policy that was explained to me by Lisa. Lisa then draws my attention to the back of a card that is attached to my receipt which states the return policy. Absolutely, I left my caveat emptor head at home; my fault. However, Lisa deliberately misled me regarding the return policy inasmuch as "anything" does not mean anything except. The husband apologized for the misunderstanding and appropriately referred me to the owner, Amy.
The following morning I called Amy and explained what happened. She spent a good deal of time reiterating the law regarding e-juice and seemed distinctly nonplussed by the behavior I was confronted with from her employee. They have an interior camera recording and I gave her the respective dates and times of the incidents. She said she would review the videos speak with Lisa and call me back.
It is over a week from my conversation with Amy, the owner; I have had no communication with anyone. My original suspicions have been confirmed. The owner is aware of the attitudes of her employee and has no issue.
My experience of this merchant is not universal but if you are not the kind of customer they prefer don't expect courtesy or respect and bring your caveat emptor head... you're going to need it.

I was loyal to one store for years - until I discovered how great the customer service was in Avon, Indiana! I drive past several Maxx stores just to get to the shop in Avon. Lisa and Trenton are BY FAR the best you'll ever find, and I'd give them more than a 5 star if I could!

Saleswoman sold us juice that was 3 months past the sell date, and the nicotine clumps at the bottom so you constantly have to shake the bottle. Also was not impressed with her attitude, she was very short with my boyfriend (who only decided to go there because the Brownsburg store was closed) and came off as pretty snappy. Not impressed, and will not be returning.
