Phenomenal service! Both gentlemen were very helpful. Store was clean and cool. Very nice to look at. They made me feel welcomed and explained things well to me. I have never been to a vape shop this pleasant. Best experience I've ever had!!!! Will definitely be going back. They also do vetrens discount😁

Stopped in to pick up some e-juice since I was out. Some great people. Ended up moving up from my old 20W mod to a 50W sub-ohm. WOW!!! They priced the total package so well, I just couldn't say no. And the didn't present any kind of sales pressure, just solid advice. 8-)

Proceeded to buy 2 packages of cones and a Hive Uni. Then we decided to look at carb caps and a dabber, we decided on what we wanted. We talked the associate down barely (he was so strict on the high price) then we went to check out with the manager, I’m assuming. The negotiated price was no longer available. He was extremely rude. He said there was one more thing that he could do for me... proceeded to put his hands out to take the cap and metal dabber and then closed his hands and put it behind him and said you are not getting anything anymore. I was shocked. After I had already spent 40 dollars, the manager would not honor the employees promises. BTW the price discount was $1.30. He could of been polite and said that we don’t negotiate but the rudeness was uncalled for. STAY AWAY!!!

This place is the best place ever. I have never had a bad interaction with anyone there. I take all my coworkers here on my lunch since we all vape. These guys really know their stuff! This is my go to shop when it comes to anything vape or smoking related! Some of the most knowledgeable staff I’ve ever met at a shop like this and truly take pride in what they sell and have passion for what they do. They are always looking out for their customers and making sure they get the best quality items for exactly what they need. They have a wide variety of things available for purchase at the shop and I have never stepped foot in it without finding what I needed. I’ll be going to Rocky’s… Even if I move away from Westmont.

Sold me a broken grinder that was missing a tooth and had several damaged teeth. They place a little plastic scraper tool in every grinder so I highly doubt they didn’t notice the damage. Thanks for having me unwittingly smoke specs of metal guys!!
