We bought a 3D printed nectar collector from here and got it home and in less than 5 minutes of use the titanium tip had fallen out to the 3D printed part of the nectar collector and burned our car. We brought it back showing the guy(Nick)we bought it from and we proved to him it was a defective product and the titanium tip wouldn’t stay in the 3D printed part and he said he didn’t remember us and couldn’t do anything at all for us because of their return policy. I am a regular customer and am extremely disappointed in the service and product and they have completely lost my business.

Ive shopped here before and wanted to get more cbd oil for my vape went in asked the girl where it was she just said its over there in the case didnt offer to show me anything so i had to ask again with alil more clarity wat i was looking for she seemed annoyed by me and said well i havent unpacked it yet she went behind the counter and said all she had was one which was 45 bucks last time u had tons of different kinds and favors for 25 bucks do you guys not offer those anymore needless to say i just left she didnt seem to want to help at all and seemed like i was bothering her

I bought a coil here that was reccommended by a staff member. The coil is defective or something because it literally pours juice out of my air holes. Policy states no exachanges after opening and putting coil on deck. Doesn't seem right considering how would I have known it would leak juice all over and not work properly without putting it in my tank first. What a waste
