I'd give less than 1 star if I could. All their Juul pods and nicotine products are fake. Spend $35 on 2 packs of pods cuz it sounded like a good deal. Pretty sure I drank more than I actually inhaled. Never go here, the guys are shysters

Warning!!!! Beware ,Worst smoke shop in Chicago, fake products, high prices, horrible customer service, they open late, keep changing prices, very bad attitude. Do not shop here, save yourself. They don’t appreciate our money. Went there 30 minutes before closing and the door was locked, so many bad things to list. Mo is a crook. Stop selling fake products. Treat people better, we need a new better and improved smoke shop in this area.

let me just start by saying that I came in as one of the most difficult customers: I had a lot of change and alot of it was in pennies. This was no problem for the people at Lakeview smoke and they were very nice and let me know that they have my back. I initially went because their prices are better than my usual spot, however despite being a little bit further away I will now be going to Lakeview smoke and Vape from now on. Thanks you guys!! Summary: top notch prices & top notch service!!

Man behind the counter charged me $1.50 for a 2-pack of cigars clearly labeled 99¢. I mentioned it to him and was told the extra 50¢ was tax. I know for a fact tobacco tax is not 50%. When I brought that up, I was told “Oh well”. They’ve just lost a loyal customer; I had been going there nearly every day for the last 2 years.

They tried to coerce me into giving them a 5-star rating on Yelp in return for a small discount of their product. I bought a hookah water pipe, and while I was shopping around the store for coals they switched out the pipe with an old used and damaged one. They are shady and I will not be going back.

This shop sucks. They have overcharged my roommate and I multiple times for the same piece (pieces that had broken off of our rig we bought from them and needed to replace). We bought a piece for our dab rig that had broke but it was too big. When we brought it back an hour later he tells us the piece is actually only $14 instead of the $20 we spent originally but we could only exchange it for the overpriced value. Mo and his employees have made us feel stupid and have laughed at us for trying to just figure out what we need. This store is overpriced, rude, and honestly doesn't have a great selection. Also he has intimidated me into writing a 5 star review in the past to get a deal in the store so I imagine that's why there are so many good reviews.
