Vapor Lounge is awesome! They have a great selection of mods, tanks, ejuices and disposables. The customer service is the best I'd encountered at any of the other vape shops in town. They know their stuff and are all very friendly. Makes me feel at home when I'm in there shopping. Just go, you won't regret it!

I came in today for the first time with a friend of mine who is a long time customer. I was greeted by Sam who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. After he answered our question and got us up to date on products, we made our purchase but found ourselves staying and chatting up the fellow patrons and Sam as we talked about vape and such. Great experience and would definitely recommend!

I am so impressed by the service I received!!! The manager went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I left feeling like a rockstar. The gentleman who greeted me was genuine with his words of welcome and assistance. I came in to purchase a Breeze 2 Tank for the Aspire. Not only did they have it in stock, I was happy to hear it was at such a cheap price. But get this...! There had been a power outage earlier in the day for their part of town which their store is located. The female manager gave me my tank for free because the credit card machine wouldn't let me pay!!! I was not only shocked but extremely grateful. Whoever you were, you ought to be commended by your higher up. I will be returning to this store for all other purchases you can bet your bottom dollar on that. That's how you build good clientele. Amen sista pants, I'm so impressed it isn't even funny.

Superior customer service. Tucker and Taylor helped me put together my thingy. Coincidentally the first two units had some minor defects but they didn't let me walk out of the store with a defective product. They finally found a unit with no defects and let me hang out and test it in a very laid back relaxed environment. They were very "chill" and easygoing and knew how to prioritize which customers needed help while I was being helped. They were casual yet very professional. On top of that my unit bugged out a day later and I live out of state, so Tucker got a hold of the main manager of all vapor lounge stores and the manager personally shipped me a fourth unit and I returned the third unit in the mail. So far this one has no defects and I've been using it for a few days so let's hope it stays that way! Overall it seems this company knows how to select employees whom master in customer service. And for the price of what I bought I feel like I got a steal of a deal with all of the issues that they solved for me. Thanks vapor lounge, Taylor, and Tucker.

Been a customer for a couple years now, but ever since Mariah and Cameron left, things haven’t been the same. Those two were the main reason I would come in about 4x a week. Seems like things have gone down hill. The store use to be kept up, organized and always smelt cleaned when you came in. Now its just disorganized, things laying around everywhere. That guy Chris who I’ve dealt before, isn’t very friendly and you can tell he doesn’t know much about his profession. Caysee was okay in knowledge, kind of standoffish, but things really need to change. I want the old Vapor Lounge back. Won’t be going back until I see some changes. Vapor Loft will be my new go too now.
