I went to Ka Makana Volcano ecigs to grab some e-liquid and decided to ask what was new in mods. The team there was very helpful and informative about new tanks and mods. Every question I asked was answered and elaborated. They were so helpful I decided to pickup a new tank and mod along with my e-liquid. Thanks for the help. The new tank and mod is awesome.

I've been a volcano ecigs customer for years now. Though their products is bit more pricy than the competition, I'm loyal to them. I've always bought my ecigs products from the Ewa Beach and Pearl Ridge branch. Someone from Ewa Beach branch recommended a small kiosk branch in kapolei inside the mall. As I walk up to the kiosk 3 mins before ten I asked if she was open while she was on her headphones browsing the internet. She turns around and says "opens at ten" then turns around goes about her business. Wow! Ok cool. Customer service 2 thumbs down. All other branches would have been nicer than that. I get it, people have bad days sometimes but if you have to deal with customers at your job, you should not bring that bad attitude with you. Leave that at home. Ewa Beach branch will be my spot from now on.

Having to transition from smoking a pack of cigarettes a day to vaping was a tough decision for me, leading to a series of questions at the store... However, Francis was very patient, competent, and professional when helping me decide what products were available and most suitable to my likings. If you're a smoker like myself and serious about quitting, then look for Francis. In my honest opinion, she's not there to make money but to help smokers like myself find a healthy alternative to eventually quit. If you're a total noob on vaping, make sure to ask her about the $1 starter kit. Trust me, Francis will hook you up! Mahalo.
