Crystal, Chris and Cari were super helpful. I havenβt had a vape in years and had no idea what I was looking at. Crystal talked me through options and identified what my preferences were, and helped me choose the right device. She was also super patient as I had her go through 15 diff flavors of salts before I chose one. Cari was helpful and got me signed up for the rewards program and they set my device up for me. Manuel and Makana are so personable and knowledgeable. They are patient and answer any questions I had. They both helped me purchase multiple bodies and even assisted in changing my coils and giving advice in which way to go next. Highly recommend asking them for help!

Always friendly staff...the only disappointing thing is that they discontinued Coocoo Coconut...Manny recommended Fair Grounds and I'm really happy that he did. That's why I like when Manny is working he always asks the right questions and I've never been disappointed with any of my purchases. Whether it was for a device, liquid or accessories he always seems to nail it for what I'm looking for and is very patient with me.
Manny is always very friendly and very knowledgeable with all products (which is amazing since there are so many devices and liquids) and he literally seems to know about all of them and always explains the pros and cons between the different devices you may be interested in and asks questions to try and help you find the best device for your needs that is in the price range you are looking to spend.

Their clock may run a couple mins faster than your phone, and their registers close according to their time even when you show them a different time.
Highly reccommend Hawaiiβs Cheapest Vape shop for this matter because they close at 11p, with cheaper vape prices...
And their customer service is great!

I'm on vacation and looking around the area for vape stores. This is the first shop I stepped into, and I can't be anymore happy than I am now. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and the selection and of juices are amazing along with the tanks are amazing. I highly recommend this store and will return in the future.

Covid restrictions limit the Kapahulu shop to one customer at a time... Marcus was quick but thorough. I didn't feel at all rushed despite two others arriving just after Myself waiting outside. They're ALWAYS knowledgeable, informative, & all around fabulous! π
