Bought a vape pen. They turned it on in the sales room, which made me wonder if it was pre-charged. I read the manual and it said to charge for six hours. The light would charge for maybe 15 minutes and turn off. Tried it anyways. Worked once but it wouldn't hold a charge. When I tried to take it back they said all sales are final but i could buy more products if i wanted. No thanks. If the products you sell don't work and you aren't willing to stand behind them, I'm not interested in supporting your business any longer.

Hoku was super sweet and accommodating. I even overheard her explaining how nicotine contents differ to a customer and how some folks taper down from higher nic mg content to get off nicotine completely. I hope she's the manager there, if not, she's definitely worthy.
