Return policy and selection are good as well as pricing. The big knock for me would be the quality of the volcano brand e-juice and the fact they do not offer single coil packs, instead requiring customers to buy multi coil packs that run over $20 easily. This is a negative point that stings, but it also seems to be industry standard in Hawaii so I canβt dock them too bad for that.
Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They also do well honoring returns for when your Smok product purchases die within the first 30 days (and you still have 60 days left on in-store exchange policy!)
The introductory starter deal (formerly 99Β’ but now changed I think) is crazy!!! Even if their house brand inferno stick mod is laughably fragile in the durability department and also designed in a way that takes a simple concept and randomly slaps barriers to being user-friendly just for giggles... thatβs on the mod-designer/Chinese-sweatshop-product-artistries take the criticism.
