Worst experience ever in my life. I called an hour before and asked if they had the mouthpiece for a pax 1. I drove all the way up here with my pax 1 to show Tyler. I told him that this was a gift and knew nothing about it. He gave me a mouthpiece for it and assured me that it would work. As soon as I got in my car I looked at the mouthpiece and realized that it would not fit. I went back into the store telling Tyler that he made a mistake and sold me that wrong mouthpiece. He acknowledged that he made a mistake and that it was his fault but told me that I couldn't a refund or exchange due to store policy. Keep in mind that the package was unopened and i had never left the parking lot. This was within 5 minutes. So pretty much I paid $27 for someone's mistake. Do not purchase anything from this store, if you do Do NOT TAKE THE ASSOCIATES WORD FOR IT. He doesn't know what he's doing. I hope the generals manager sees the post and makes some changes to their policy. I don't see why I have to pay for someone else's mistake. If I could I would give this store no stars but Google won't let me lol. So I gave it one.

Friend bought me a Vape pen for Valentine's day. Smok 22 for 26 dollars. They sold it knowing full and well there was a fault with the firing pin. It leaked and then no longer held a charge. 1 full day of use. They have a policy for no refunds or returns even when they sell a product with issues. The snarky you get what you buy and deal. Is unprofessional. I just wanted to replace it. They wouldn't even do that.

Worst customer service!!! I would say baddest of the bad! I bought a sigelei j80 mod ($70+tax) and cleito aspire tank($35+tax) on 3/25/17 in the night when i bought it there was a sales person I don't remember her name but she was probably new to the job and did not know the policy of here own store and told here i can come back and get it exchanged or refunded if I did not like the product (this was my first electronic vape purchase) and i didn't use that much and after few weeks it says check atomizer and than i go in store and first off all no greetings or any kind of welcome and a worst service provided by employees! They told me to change the coil! I was like ok i changed it and it started working fine and than not even 5 days after that it said check atomizer again i call them back again on Saturday and they were supposed to call their manager and owner mr. Aziz and ask them about the resolution and contact me back! But nope no call back i call them again and asked them they said they didn't even ask their manager about this! And also they charge me $25 dollars more an the top!! I would not suggest any one to go here specially this particular location (idk about other locations) i need a solution on this one so will be waiting for them to contact me they have my phone number at their store as i left it several times under name ALTAF.

Staff is friendly, but on one occasion I did feel like I was being pushed to buy more than I wanted to. Other visit was great with knowledgeable and helpful staff explaining things to me and my friend.

Do not spend your money here these people do not honor their products spend your money in another shop not to mention the fact that they're expensive I had a problem with one of their products that I spent an extremely large amount of money with and they would not even talk to me about either refunding it or exchanging it due to the fact that she said it smelled like drugs hypocritical xhale City and it didn't smell like drugs that was just an excuse not to do your job properly xhale City I called the manager she would not return my call or try to get in touch with me let's shut this place down and maybe another shop open up the honors their products and does care about your customers I have spent thousands in the store and I got treated like this that young lady just messed up I think someone who spending money like I am and you won't refund something are exchange something that was defective and whatever you do don't by skunk bag very unhappy
