Came to get coals for my hookah at 7pm and there was a handwritten note on the door saying will be back in 30 minutes... 30 minutes from when?? This note could have been on the door the whole day . And while I sit in my writing this review 2 other people came and had to turn around

Horrible I bought a hookah from them that barely smokes I went back they set it up for me and it still hardly smokes I pull so hard and still barely get any smoke. The owner (I assume that’s who he was) basically told me they don’t take it back. So now I have a hookah that is no use.
